CAI Safety’s combined kit of the Fixed Vertical Ladder for Roof Hatch Access & Ladder Cable Fall Arrest System are a one-stop shop for your OSHA and ANSI compliant ladder fall arrest requirements. The Roof Access Ladder allows seamless access through an existing roof hatch. Aluminum Retractable Stiles are provided at the top of the ladder that can be extended and retracted, so that the user can easily transition from the ladder to the roof and vice versa.

Fixed Vertical Ladder for Roof Hatch Access & Ladder Cable Fall ArrestCAI Safety’s combined kit of the Fixed Vertical Ladder for Roof Hatch Access & Ladder Cable Fall Arrest System are a one-stop shop for your OSHA and ANSI compliant ladder fall arrest requirements. These systems meet all OSHA and ANSI requirements and regulations.

The Fixed Vertical Ladders for Roof Hatch Access allow seamless access through an existing roof hatch. Aluminum Retractable Stiles are provided at the top of the ladder that can be extended and retracted, so that the user can easily transition from the ladder to the roof and vice versa. These ladders are constructed of high tensile strength aluminum, which make them lightweight, sturdy, and non-corrosive. The welded, serrated rungs and their splice-joined ladder bodies create a product with maximum safety that will last for years to come.

The Ladder Fall Arrest System provides continuous, hands-free fall protection when accessing heights, and is required per OSHA on ladders greater than 24ft. This system is ideal for climbing long indoor and outdoor ladders that reach up to a side or an upper level platform, mezzanine, or rooftop. Any compliant, front D-ring harness is usable with the Ladder Fall Arrest System.

STEP 1 – LENGTH OF LADDER

Fixed Vertical Ladder for Roof Hatch Access - Ladder Length To determine the Length of your ladder, measure the (A) dimension shown in the picture on the left. Measure from FINISHED FLOOR LEVEL to TOP OF WALKING/WORKING SURFACE.
