The CAI Safety Warning Tag (6″ x 3″) is a two-sided tag that provides the user with requirements and limitations for using the fall protection system. CAI engraves (metal stamps) the required information of the fall protection system into the warning sign before it is shipped to the customer.
The Warning Sign is attached to the fall protection system with a safety wire, providing the user(s) with information about the fall protection system.
