Besides preventing falls on the platform or walkway, the anchor system provides protection for the user during the critical time when making the transition between the ladder and the platform or walkway. This system is comprised of the anchor unit, harness, rail and mounting hardware. The truck mounted system is available in two versions: (1) Fixed Single Point Anchor for providing access over a specific truck work area. (2) Mobile Track Mounted Anchor for providing fall protection coverage over a large truck area.

Description

Besides preventing falls on the platform or walkway, the anchor system provides protection for the user during the critical time when making the transition between the ladder and the platform or walkway. This system is comprised of the anchor unit, harness, rail and mounting hardware. It is designed for various industrial, mining, defense, transport and other height safety applications to provide the user with an ideal system of mobility, stability and restraint.

The truck mounted system is available in two versions:

Fixed Single Point Anchor for providing access over a specific truck work area.
Mobile Track Mounted Anchor for providing fall protection coverage over a large truck area.

Fall Protection Challenge

Personnel have to work on top of tanker or iso container trucks at a clients facility. The client may not have fall protection and carrying your own fall protection may be too cumbersome. No matter where you are it is a OSHA requirement to have fall protection when working at heights of over 4 feet.

Fall Protection Solution

Our truck mounted fall restraint anchor stays on the truck and can be used when required. The arm will fold down when not in use and is extended up when fall protection is required. The fall restraint arm can be fixed in position or attached to a track to increase the fall protection coverage area.

TRACK MOUNTED SLIDING ANCHOR

A sliding anchor system incorporates a rail that allows the anchor arm to travel the length of the truck work platform, providing the user with maximum accessibility and safety.

CONTINUOUS FALL PROTECTION

The user can then safely transition on top of truck while secured to fall protection system.

SINGLE POINT ANCHOR

The single point fall protection anchor version consists of a pivoting arm that is used in applications where personnel need fall protection over a specific area. The anchor can be upgraded to a rotating arm for greater access to the truck work area.

ISO CONTAINER MODEL

The ISO Container Mounted Fall protection system is comprised of a rail-mounted unit fixed to a transportation frame. It can be supplied with or without a ladder and walkway.
