Description
The Pallet Rack Safety Gate is a self-closing, dual gate system designed to fit existing rack systems. Simply forklift palletized material through the gates and back away. The spring loaded gate system self-closes along the platform edge, protecting personnel from dangerous falls.
The Safety Gate meets OSHA railing standards including a 42” high gate and safety toe board. This gate system is ideal for elevated pick modules with pallet flow systems, elevated working platforms and mezzanines.

SAFE, SELF-CLOSING GATE
Complies with OSHA Safety Railing Standard 1910.23(a)(2) including a 42″ high gate and mid-rail. Dual gate system is always in place, allowing one-way pallet flow while protecting employees from the mezzanine edge. Gates self-close by spring-loaded hinge.
QUICK INSTALLATION
Universal mounting brackets are compatible with any existing rack system and installs in minutes. Gates bolt on to railing system, no drilling required. Multi-bay configurations utilize shared mounting bracket. Available in standard sizes to fit 60″ wide and 96″ wide openings (custom sizing available).
DURABLE & ECONOMICAL
Durable mild steel gate construction with powder coat safety yellow finish. Stainless steel torsion springs are ideal for repetitive use and requires little or no maintenance. Economical cost.
