Fold Down Ladders, Attic Ladder Access

Our Fold Down Ladders are ideally suited to access roof and ceiling areas from inside the building. Its easy operation, using gas strut assisted opening and closing, provides additional safety when using this ladder. The fold down ladders are supported in place with a suspension kit. These suspension kits are available in various sizes to accommodate different heights and be cut down in the field for a perfect fit. Available in two models: (1) Model RL62 (7ft. to 10ft.), (2) Model RL63 (7ft. to 14ft.). Suspension kits and Ceiling ladder kits available.

Our Fold Down Ladders are ideally suited to access roof and ceiling areas from inside the building. Its easy operation, using gas strut assisted opening and closing, provides additional safety when using this ladder. The fold down ladders are supported in place with a suspension kit. These suspension kits are available in various sizes to accommodate different heights and be cut down in the field for a perfect fit.

These fold down ladders are easy to store in comparison to traditional pop-up ladders. This gives you access to heights anywhere from 7 to 14 feet. With our simple installation method, you can trust that your ladder will stay in place. The minimal look of the ladders ensure that they blend in with the aesthetics.

Fold Down Ladders - Components
  • Fold-down Ladder
    Industrial designed fold-down ladder for access to ceiling space and areas requiring maintenance to plant and equipment. Gain access to mezzanines, commercial attic spaces and other hard-to-reach areas with ease.
  • Ladder Support Frame
    Heavy duty pre-finished aluminum frame. Support flanges around the ladder frame provide an easy and neat finish to suspended or solid ceiling systems.
  • Suspension Kit
    The adjustable, easy to install fold-down ladder suspension kit attaches to the roof support structure which provides structural and lateral stability to the ladder system.
  • Secondary Ceiling Ladder
    Allows a secondary ladder to be installed that lead up for safe access to a roof hatch.
