The arms simply fold away from the work area when not required to allow the overhead crane full access. When needed the safety system is folded in to position to provide an overhead fall arrest system that allows personnel to work safely and efficiently.

    Most assembly, maintenance, and loading work is done with the aid of an overhead crane. Often a person has to be working at heights and exposed to a fall in areas with overhead cranes. Installing a fixed overhead fall protection system is not feasible because of the conflict with the overhead crane.

    The CAI Swing Arm Fall Arrest System provides a system that can be extended to support employees who need fall protection at heights. The system can easily be retracted away from the work area when you need full access to the overhead crane. Our swing arm system is custom manufactured and OSHA complaint.
