    Aluminum Non-penetrating GuardrailsCAI Safety’s Aluminum Non-Penetrating Guardrail System provides the highest level of passive safety for membrane and built-up roof systems. The guardrail system features a plastic-coated steel weighted base that sits on top of the roofing membrane resulting in a completely freestanding system that is OSHA, Cal-OSHA, and WA-OSHA compliant. The Aluminum Non-Penetrating Guardrail base plates and posts are positioned a maximum of 8ft on center.

    Kit Components: Base Plates with EPDM/Rubber Pads (choice of roof surface), Posts, Handrails, Kneerails, Rail Joints, End Caps, Handrail Braces, 5ft. Return Kits, Corner Kits (if chosen), Safety Gate (if chosen), Toeboards (if chosen)

    Our Roof Non-penetrating Hatch Guardrail system can be setup specifically for your roof hatch application. This system kit was assembled by CAISS to make your ordering needs easy and flexible. When standard Roof Hatch systems do not fit your roof hatch due to raised and curved curbs, this system solves that problem. The railing system does not interfere with the roof curb of your hatch. All material components are for a non-penetrating system where no drilling is required.
