    Standard & Pit Adjustable Railings – 3ft. to 5ft. & 6ft. to 10ft.

    Standard & Pit Adjustable Railings are used with the Floor and Parapet Mount Brackets of the Fixed Mounted Guardrail system setup. Choose from an adjustable rail size of 3ft. to 5ft. or 6ft. to 10ft. and finishes of Powder Coated Safety Yellow or Galvanized.

    Difference between Standard rails and Pit rails ?

    Standard Rails: These rails mount onto the ‘Top Floor Mount Bracketand are 42 inches tall to meet OSHA requirements. Pit Rails: These rails mount onto either the Side Flush Mount Bracket‘ or ‘Wrap-Over-Edge Mount Bracket‘ and are 48.06 inches tall. The reason for these rails being taller is because about 6 inches of the rail is tucked into the bracket mount on the side wall or parapet. Thus, the height of the rail from floor/roof level up is 42 inches which meets OSHA requirements.

    Standard & Pit End-Rails for the Fixed Mounted Guardrail system, is used at the end of a guardrail system setup, typically at the ends to guard small spaces. Choose from sizes of 2ft. up to 10ft. and finishes of Powder Coated Safety Yellow or Galvanized. Pipe sections are 1 1/4” schedule 40 pipe.
