Flatbed Truck Mounted Guardrail

The Flatbed Truck Mounted Guardrail provides an OSHA fall protection compliant system that prevents falls from elevated flatbed trailer decks. Put an end to falls from flatbed trailer truck loading/unloading operations.

The complete universal guardrail system comes with a more compact, easy-to-install and transport package. The flatbed side rail solutions fits in standard trailer pockets and includes all components necessary to protect trailers from 48 feet up to 53 feet long. Installs in 10 minutes.

A Transportation Cart is included with the system to allow quick and easy transport and storage.

ACCESS LADDER
The access ladder is designed to fit in standard flatbed side pockets. At only 36 lbs it is easily placed. When combined with the gate, safe access to the flatbed is assured for installing load binders and tarping equipment.

EASY TO INSTALL
The bases are inserted into pockets of the frame of the truck and then the guardrails are dropped in place. Quick setup in less than 15 minutes.

COMPACT
The entire install can be done from floor level thereby promoting efficiency and safety. The compact system also does not interfere with overhead crane operation.

OSHA COMPLIANT
Once the system has been installed the operator can safely carry out loading and unloading operation on top of the flatbed truck. No additional lifelines or tie-off are required as long as the user does not climb any higher than the flatbed truck level. OSHA Compliant Regulation 1910.23(c).
