OPTION 4 – TYPE OF SRL

Standard SRL: The SRL’s lifeline will extend as the user moves away, and retract automatically enabling the user to move about within a recommended working area at normal speeds. Should a fall occur, a speed sensing brake system will activate stopping the fall and reducing the forces imposed on the user to safe levels. Available in 20 ft. (6.1m), 33 ft. (10m), 50 ft. (15m), 66 ft. (20.1m), 85 ft. (25.9m), 100 ft. (30.5m)	Harsh Conditions SRL: This SRL contains environmentally sealed dynamic components that protect from foreign elements such as grease, moisture and dirt. SRL’s lifeline will extend as the user moves away, and retract automatically enabling the user to move about within a recommended working area at normal speeds. Please follow the following system guidelines to ensure you use this system as per the manufacturer’s instructions:

• Ladder Structure: Ladder structure must be certified by a qualified person to support 2700 lbs.
• Capacity: One person with a combined weight (clothing, tools, etc.) of no more than 310 lbs. (140 kg) 1 per person.
• Self-retracting Lifeline/Device (SRL/SRD) Maximum Arresting Force: 1,350 lbs. (6 kN)
• Fall Arrest: OSHA & ANSI – Non-Certified Anchorage: 5,000 lbs. (22.2 kN)
• Tagline Assembly: Maximum length of ladder is 50 ft. (15.2 m).
• Tagline Assembly NOT INCLUDED: The system will not include a Tagline Assembly if the length of the ladder is more than 50ft.
• Full-body Harness: Unlike a fixed cable system, this solution does not require a front D-Ring.
• Standards/Approvals: OSHA 29 CFR 1910.27
