STEP 1
Length of Ladder (in feet)		 Length Measurement
  • Measure the length of your existing ladder from the Top Rung to the Bottom rung.
    If your measurement ends with decimals, round up to the nearest whole number. Example: Round up 18.6 to 19
  • In the textbox, Enter the length measurement in feet.
    Only whole numbers are allowed in this textbox, no decimals. Example: 16 or 36

CAISS adds 3ft. of extra rigid track to your ladder length for OSHA/ANSI compliance at top of ladder.
STEP 2
Fall Arrest System Finish		 Ladder Rigid Track Fall Arrest - Rigid Tracks Anodized Aluminum: Refers to aluminum that has undergone an electrochemical process, called anodization, to create a durable, corrosion-resistant, and decorative oxide layer on its surface, thus making it more robust and enhancing its protective properties. 6061-T6Aluminum w/ A22 Anodic Coating.

STEP 3
Ladder Rung Type		 Ladder Rigid Track Fall Arrest - Ladder Rung Sizes
STEP 4
Ladder Rung Size (A dimension)		 Size required for the all types of ladder rungs.
Sometimes, complexity of rung sizes larger than 1in. may add to cost to the rail clamps, CAISS will contact you.
STEP 5
Ladder Rung Size (B dimension)		 Size required for the following types of ladder rungs:
(This option only appears when the following is selected)

  • Half-round
  • Rectangle/C-Channel
  • Angle Iron
  • Diamond
  • Superman

STEP 6
Ladder Rung Spacing		 Ladder Rigid Track Fall Arrest - Ladder Rung Spacing Measure the spacing between the rungs of your ladder. Standard ladders is 12" spacing on center.
(This option only appears when selecting Stainless Steel finish)

The reason we ask this information is because on the stainless steel ladder system, the rails require to be pre hole-punched to match the rung spacing.
STEP 7
Retractable Anchor Post (for Roof Hatch Ladder only)		 Ladder Rigid Track Fall Arrest - Retractable Anchor Post The Retractable Anchor Post Kit provides extendable/retractable grab bars with an anchor point for Roof Hatch ladders.

The kit includes two posts (left & right), and an 8ft. Self Retracting Lifeline.

Choose from the various sizes of harnesses provided. Each system will contain (1) harness.
What else is included with this system kit ... Besides the above parts, all hardware necessary to install the system onto your ladder such as Clamps, Bolts, End Stop, etc. is provided with this kit.
