    The Non-Penetrating Counterweight Roof Top Anchor for a single user provides a tie-off point for personnel working on flat roofs or structures. The OSHA compliant roof anchor comes with a D-ring included for tying off your lanyard to the anchor. The Non-Penetrating Counterweight Roof Top Anchor does not require attachment to a working surface and provides a safe and versatile fall arrest rated tie-off point.

    PLEASE NOTE: Choose from the tie-off equipment below (Self-retracting Lifeline or Lanyard) based on calculations of fall clearance found in the instruction manuals.
