  Sometimes products are overweight, bundled individually, and/or exceeds dimensional limits. Once your order is ready to ship, CAI will contact you directly with a quote for shipping this order to you. This quote will be billed separately from your current order. You can also choose to arrange for your own shipping.

  Customer will provide preferred Carrier Name & Account # at checkout. Look for a green box on the Checkout page: "Customer Shipping Acct. Number". CAI will contact you to provide product pickup/dimensions and clarify given account information.
