Our Roof Non-penetrating Hatch Guardrail<\/strong><\/span> system can be setup specifically for your roof hatch application. This system kit was assembled by CAISS to make your ordering needs easy and flexible. When standard Roof Hatch systems do not fit your roof hatch due to raised and curved curbs, this system solves that problem. The railing system does not interfere with the roof curb of your hatch.<\/p>\n

All material components are for a non-penetrating system<\/strong> where no drilling is required. Each component is placed and pinned together to form a complete fall-protection solution for your roof hatch \u2014 the safety rails simply pin to our weighted iron bases: a quick, easy installation process that requires no penetration into the building envelope. The system is designed to meet OSHA\u2019s fall protection standards (29 CFR 1910.28(b), 1910.29(b) and 29 CFR 1926.502).<\/p>\n

FLEXIBILITY<\/b>
\nThe Roof Non-penetrating Hatch Guardrail system is versatile and can easily be configured to your specific needs. The base can accommodate up to four rails and toe plates if needed.<\/p>\n

SLIP RESISTANT<\/b>
\nThe base plates can be equipped with non-slip pads. The optional pads keep the base from slipping on smooth surfaces like concrete or metal. Pads also help cushion base on sensitive materials like rubber roofing.<\/p>\n

CORROSION RESISTANT
\n<\/b>This system comes standard with a galvanized<\/strong> finish, to provide resistant against weather elements.<\/p>\n

CUSTOM ORDERS<\/b>
\nWe can provide custom engineering and fabrication for your special needs if our standard Roof Non-penetrating Hatch Guardrail system does not meet your needs.<\/p>\n

PEACE OF MIND
\n<\/b>We use pins with positive locks on our guardrail bases instead of setscrews. This approach allows you to visually inspect the system after assembly and be confident that it is ready for use.<\/p>\n
